Known industry wide as a subject matter expert in reliability standards and compliance enforcement, Gilbert Perez brings decades of power utility experience across many disciplines to his role as Director of Customer Success & Service.

A veteran in NERC-CIP compliance, Gilbert has been involved in the utility industry since the inception of CIP standards, and he served as an auditor and compliance enforcement engineer at SERC Reliability Corp and as a compliance manager within Reliability Standards and Compliance at Florida Power & Light.

What truly separates Gilbert is his empathetic servant approach, which aligns with our core values: We’re obsessed with execution, and we’re very high touch. Having held the same position as most of our customers, he is driven to help them succeed.
