Gatekeeper Reach Mobile Terms of Service

Program Description
Gatekeeper Reach is a recurring SMS text messaging service from Force 5, Inc. It extends the Force 5 Gatekeeper platform — which checks employees, visitors, and contractors into and out of locations — by letting you check in, manage, and check out of a visit directly from your phone. After you opt in, you will receive reminder messages about visits scheduled for you or that you have created — for example, prompts to add time to an active visit or to check out when a visit has ended. You can also text us at any time to check in and log a new visit.

Opt-Out / Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code {short code}. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

We also honor other common opt-out requests, including END, CANCEL, QUIT, and UNSUBSCRIBE.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency, Rates & Recurring Messages
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

This is a recurring messages program. Message frequency is configurable and varies based on your visit activity. By default, you will receive a message approximately once per hour until a visit has ended.
